NEW POLICIES:

Weekly lesson limit: Due to an influx of new students next semester (yay!), I am unable to offer more than ONE lesson lesson slot per week. 30 minute and 45 minute times are available.  

Late payment fees:  Any invoices unpaid after 30 days from date issued will be charged $25, with an additional $10 per 15 days unpaid. Students with outstanding balances will not be allowed to continue lessons until balance is paid. 

HIGH SCHOOL ONLY: Rotating lessons (lessons during the school day):

•  Students must sign up for their lessons each week, at least 48 hours before the lesson is scheduled. If a student is regularly having a hard time finding a suitable lesson time, please let me know so we can work out an alternative arrangement! I am more than happy to help accommodate schedules.  
• Missing a lesson time without 24 hour prior notice is unexcused. Students and parents, please be aware of any assemblies, mandatory tutorials, or other conflicts when scheduling. Any lessons missed for mandatory tutorials/assemblies/AAAA are not excused, as these meetings are made known in advance. It is the responsibility of the student to cancel and reschedule the lessons that are missed due to such meetings.
